If we can make any aspect of the project easier for our clients, we will try our best to do it. Transporting client’s products, sourcing giveaways and dealing with organisers have all been ways we have directly made events easier for clients. Often, the little things make all the difference!


Why are we called The Stand People?

We believe that although our primary business is delivering superb stands, displays and business environments for our clients, the most important part of any project are the people.

A magnificent stand is ineffective without the best people manning it, the best quality display won’t ever deliver the right message unless the designer has interpreted the clients brief and every successful project requires enthusiastic and experienced people.

For these reasons, we never underestimate the value of working with the most trusted suppliers and employing the best people who understand our client’s needs.

Pre show planning

To put our money where our mouth is, we offer our clients a unique pre show plan. An event manager from The Stand People will talk to your key personnel involved with the event and make recommendations how your organisation can get the most from the event. Furthermore, it gives us an opportunity to learn about how your business works to ensure our designs work for you.

Event training

Unlike other agencies, we offer specialised training designed to ensure every member of the exhibiting team is aware of the common mistakes whilst manning a stand. We can suggest techniques to overcome typical problems or negative scenarios faced by exhibitors. Although, this service is most useful for personnel who are new to events, we believe some of the information will be useful for experienced staff.

Lead follow up campaigns

The Stand People can assist our clients with post show follow up strategies. This can prove enormously useful if vital show leads have not been cultivated in previous campaigns. We can devise and print bespoke mailers and develop intriguing follow up campaigns to ensure you maximize your investment made at the event.
